Melissa Meisel is a nationally published journalist. Her work has appeared in The New York Times, Time Out New York, The Record, The Star-Ledger and numerous other publications. She has interviewed an assortment of media personalities. 

Today, Melissa is an editor at Happi,
Gwen Stefani for OPI/HAPPI
a monthly magazine that covers the household and personal products industry. She also works with the company's companion website, www.happi.com, posting breaking news daily and reporting live from events.

Melissa graduated from the journalism program at the University of Delaware in 1997 with a bachelor's degree in English and a concentration in journalism. In her publishing career, she has held a variety of staff positions—from assistant at Mixer, a monthly music magazine; to editor-in-chief of Pascack Press, a weekly community newspaper. She also worked in public relations at HarperCollins Book Publishers and Spin magazine.
